Sessions were delivered by a mix of experts in their field, QUT Paramedic Science students, and Australian Army medical and nursing corps personnel. The symposium encouraged junior clinicians to speak: to sew the seeds of collaboration for the future, and help them recognise that their experiences and knowledge are worth listening to.
